01AI Engineering & IT Services

We build the system your business actually needs. Nothing off the shelf.

Most problems in a growing business are not one missing tool. They are four tools that never learned to talk to each other, and nobody owning the space between them. We design that coordination, build it, put it in front of your staff, and stay while they learn it.

Ask-your-documents system5 stages
Intake
Scans, PDFs, registers and phone photos are pulled in and turned into text the system can work with — including the ones that were never typed up.

The shape comes from your problem. The parts change every few months. We name the stages by what they do, not by whichever library is winning this quarter — choosing those parts, and replacing them when something better arrives, is our job to track, not yours.

03Position

Modern systems are never one clever piece. They are many capable parts that must stay Coordinated, stay Traceable when something goes wrong, and stay Maintained long after the invoice is paid.

04What we walk into

Four failures, in almost every business we're called to.

Keep scrolling sideways.

01

One contractor per system

Billing from one vendor, the website from another, the reporting sheet from someone's nephew. Nobody owns the seams — and the seams are where everything breaks.

02

The same record, typed three times

A patient, an order or a job is re-entered at every desk it passes. Each copy drifts, and the version people trust is whichever one they're standing next to.

03

Knowledge nobody can reach

The answer exists — in a PDF, a register, a WhatsApp thread, or one person's head. Finding it takes longer than redoing the work.

04

Software nobody was taught

Delivered with a one-hour handover call. Six months later half the features are unused and the staff have quietly gone back to paper.

05Services

Three things we do. Each one built for you, none of it resold.

Every engagement is scoped from your workflow, not from a product we happen to own. Below is what you're left holding — not the toolkit we got there with.

Systems that read your own material, answer from it, and pass work to the next step without a person copying anything across. Retrieval, agents, voice, and the discipline that keeps them honest about what they don't know.

You end up withAnswers you can trace back to the source document, and a system that says “I don't know” instead of inventing.
06What we won't do

The work we turn down is part of the offer.

We won't sell you a template

If a ready-made product genuinely fits your problem, we'll say so and tell you which one. We'd rather lose the work than bill custom rates for a rebrand.

We won't lead with the tech

You'll hear what a system does before you hear what it's built from. If an explanation only works in acronyms, it isn't an explanation.

We won't hand over and disappear

A system nobody was taught is a system nobody uses. Training and post-launch support are in the scope, not an upsell after it breaks.

We won't promise a number we can't show

No invented percentages, no borrowed case studies. If we haven't measured it, we'll tell you what we did instead of dressing it up.

07Method

How an engagement actually runs.

  1. 01

    Sit with the work

Before any proposal, we follow the current process end to end and write down how it's supposed to work. Most of the real requirements are found here, not in a meeting.

  2. 02

    Scope in writing

The plan, the boundaries and the price arrive as a document, not a verbal estimate. What's out of scope is written as plainly as what's in.

  3. 03

    One branch live first

One department, one site, one real workflow goes live before the rest — so the expensive surprises arrive while they're still cheap to fix.

  4. 04

    Train, then hand over

Paired sessions on real tasks, written guides your staff keep, and a log of every issue found and fixed. Then ongoing support, if you want it.

08Selected work

What we've built, described by what it does.

No stack lists. The tools behind a 2026 project will read as dated long before the problem it solved does — so we describe the problem, the behaviour, and how the pieces were made to hold together.

Situation
Hundreds of pages of insurance product disclosure that staff and customers had to read end to end to answer a single question.
What it does
Takes a question in plain language, finds the passages that actually govern the answer, and replies with the answer plus the section it came from. Where the document doesn't cover it, it says so rather than guessing.
Outcome
[ADD OUTCOME — real, confirmed]
Deployment & Training · Custom Software

Clinical operations software across four departments

Situation
A charitable trust running dental, physiotherapy, radiology and pathology centres on software its staff had never been properly trained on.
What we did
Audited the system department by department against how the clinics actually work, documented every gap in writing, and ran hands-on training with the staff who use it daily.
Outcome
[ADD OUTCOME — engagement ongoing]
