Situation
Hundreds of pages of insurance product disclosure that staff and customers had to read end to end to answer a single question.
What it does
Takes a question in plain language, finds the passages that actually govern the answer, and replies with the answer plus the section it came from. Where the document doesn't cover it, it says so rather than guessing.

Situation
A charitable trust running dental, physiotherapy, radiology and pathology centres on software its staff had never been properly trained on.
What we did
Audited the system department by department against how the clinics actually work, documented every gap in writing, and ran hands-on training with the staff who use it daily.
